Capra DK Yarn

$9.99 50g / Ball

Capra, our elegant Merino and cashmere wool yarn, is as pleasurable to knit with as it is to wear. Available in a DK weight, Capra is a perfect weight for garments intended to be worn next to the skin, or special cold weather accessories. If you think this yarn feels soft in the skein, wait until you hand wash your project! After the yarn blooms, you won’t be able to keep your hands off of Capra!

As other reviewers have stated you missed the boat with the colours. Why so drab & why so few choices? I feel most of your new colours in most of the yarn lines are a fail. You definitely need to add more choices or bring back some of the old ones. These won’t do.

Boring colours. Have always loved the feel of the yarn but really.

As others say, LOVE the yarn but........oh, the colors. I love pastels, jewel tones are great too. What I can't understand is the muddy dark colors. I was informed by prior email that they conduct extensive market testing. They seem to either miss or ignore all of us who HATE those colors. If they can provide a full spectrum for some colors, why are they so limited in others. There are yarns I've used in the past but can't buy now because there are no acceptable colors.

Love the yarn; hate the new colorway. It's super-soft and a dream to wear, but I really wish there were jewel-tone colors available.

I love Capra, and I, too, am left unimpressed with Capra's new colors. Why wouldn't you expand the line to include both old and new(er) colors? I'm playing with brioche and K1B these days; I need lights AND darks, rich colors with their complements, two shades of the same tone. Let's go, KnitPicks! Put it all on sale and start over!
