I read in other reviews that people don’t like the thick and thin quality of the yarn, but that is actually one of the things I like most about it. It gives it a rustic, homespun look when knit in stockinette. I also appreciate how soft it is. I have Wool sensitivities so it’s great to find a plant-based yarn that I can substitute for bulky knit patterns.

The yarn is beautiful and feels lovely, but it’s super inconsistent with thin spots every 4-5 inches.

Love love love to crochet with Billow, but where are all my favorite colors??? The red and the purple were spectacular, and now I don't have enough to finish my projects. I'm honestly a little heart sick over the missing colors. PLEASE bring them back!!

The soft feel is the only good thing about this yarn. It sheds a LOT. And it's not spun/wound evenly. Too many thin patches throughout. I'd return all of it if I hadn't already knit it into an emergency cowl (on the plane) when I traveled to Minnesota during early winter.

Like others, I have issue with the thick and thin texture. It goes from bulky to super bulky to a single thin strand. I'm using it for blanket squares and I fear that the thin strands may break with washing and usage. Otherwise, it is very soft with good color saturation.
