River Rock Throw

River Rock was inspired by the Umatilla River that flows hither and thither through parts of Washington and Oregon. The rocky bottom is visible through the rushing river water. Stones and tangled tree limbs decorate the waters edge. Cozy up beneath this throw and drift off to the soothing sound of the river. 

This throw features a wide range of cable patterns ranging from diamond moss, simple 4-stitch cables, bobbles and honeycomb stitch. Consider this a sample stitch throw of sorts. This perfect blend of stitch patterns resets itself every 24 rows. Worked back and forth on long circular needles. Yarn is held double stranded for entire throw.
