Break out the straight needles for this super traditional sweater that proves you don’t need elaborate innovation to make a statement. Knit entirely flat, strategic marling makes a compelling effect from simple techniques even our fiber ancestors would recognize.

The Gradient Pullover is worked flat in pieces from the bottom up, with a set in sleeve. Yarn is held double throughout, changing colors one strand at a time for a gradient effect.

I am giving it an average only because I haven't started knitting it yet but have discovered a typo in the information on "FINISHED MEASUREMENTS" on the pattern. On the website it has "33.75", 38.25", 41.75", 46.25", 49.75" bust circumference". When I brought up the pattern to start casting on for it, I saw that the info on the actual pattern has "FINISHED MEASUREMENTS" listed as "33.75 (38.25, 41.75, 46.25, 59.75)” bust circumference". I only found out that the website has the last measurement as 49.75" when I looked it up to see if there had been any corrections to the pattern, or if the dimension on the pattern was correct. Not a big deal, unless someone actually wants the bust dimension to be 59.75 when using the pattern. Only to find out that it actually knits up 10" smaller. :)
