Rosewood Yarn Bowl

$19.99

Place your yarn in this lovely rosewood bowl and keep it from running away. A spiral cutout holds your working yarn securely, and the spherical shape helps keep the ball inside with a pleasing, organic form. The Indian rosewood has a deep, lovely hue with a rich woodgrain texture, so there's no need to sacrifice beauty for practicality.

This is a tapered bowl with an opening diameter of 5 inches and a middle bowl diameter of 6 inches.

Please note: as a natural product, appearance will vary from item to item.

What a beautiful bowl! Perfect size and shape for large cakes of yarn. Smooth and shiny finish and nicely weighted. I am so glad I treated myself to this. I use it all the time.

I purchased this beautiful bowl on a whim. It makes knitting so much easier. I was knitting a fairisle hat and wished I had a second bowl. I was using a little glass Pyrex cooking bowl as my second bowl. There was NO comparison with the Knit Picks bowl. The smoothness of the yarn flow from the KP bowl made knitting so fast! I just ordered my second bowl!

I have this bowl and I love it. The yarn dispensens so smoothly from the bowl! I am going to order a second bowl as I like to work with two yarns at a time with one hand and when knitting up my fairisle projects! This will make my projects much easier!

I have another yarn bowl that is pottery. I was never really happy with it and bought this one on a whim because I always thought they were beautiful. My bowl was the same exact wood tone as pictured. It holds a good sized skein/cake/ball of yarn and when knitting it pulls smoothly without catching. It is also a good weight and doesn’t pull up when I tug the yarn. All in all it is an excellent yarn bowl and I highly recommend it. I can see myself using this regularly. Another plus: I have a toddler and my pottery one is breakable, this bowl is much more durable.
