The mittens feature ribbing on the palm and a cable pattern on the back of the hand; the result is a stretchy mitten that will shape nicely around the hand. If you are new to knitting cables, this is a manageable project to exercise the skill. The pattern is written using the Magic Loop technique; cable pattern is only charted.
