Our fax machine is on 24 hrs a day, seven days a week. Fax us at 360-260-8877. We'll respond as quickly as possible.

Pattern Problems?

Of course we try to make our patterns perfect, but sometimes we slip up. We're sorry. Before you e-mail us about a pattern correction or problem with one of our free, exclusive patterns, check out the pattern errata page. You may find the answer you're looking for. If not, e-mail Customer Service. We will review the question and get back to you as soon as we can.

General issues or feedback

Is there something you'd like us to know about our web site, our products, or your Knit Picks' experience? We always value your feedback and suggestions. E-mail them to our Customer Service department. One of our knitters on staff will respond to you as soon as possible.
