Abbey Road Sweater
Abbey Road is a cozy sweater where the colors of the motifs reflect the color of Scottish wildflowers in the summertime.
A roomy, long sleeve, high-hip length, Fair Isle sweater, Abbey Road is designed to be worn with 10" of positive ease. It has an allover pattern that uses two different motifs throughout the body and sleeves. The body is worked in the round from the bottom up; the neck and armholes are steeked and shoulders are joined with a 3-Needle Bind Off. Stitches are picked up around the steeked armhole edge and neck to work the sleeves and collar. The colorwork patterns are written and charted.
