Lovingly referred to as "shorties", these are exactly like our regular interchangeable needles, but shorter!
Combining Radiant's bright, bold and warm boisterousness, the sea-inspired colors of Caspian's oceanic hues, and the luxurious jewel tones of dignified Majestic, Mosaic gives you the usual strong and smooth layers of laminated birch in every color you could want. And the distinct sequence of colors will make finding the right needle size easier than ever.
The Short interchangeable tips are just 2-3/4" in length, designed to connect snag-free to special cables to achieve a 16" length from point to point, perfect for hats, sleeves, and other, more compact projects.
Featuring the smooth joins, perfectly tapered tips and flexible cables common to all Options needles, this set includes 7 of our bestselling needle tips and 2 cables to create a 16" circular knitting needle - all of which are stored in a handy vinyl case. Two small cable keys are included, which allow you to tighten your needle tips to the cables. Working on multiple projects that call for the same needle size? Use the included endcaps to safely store your project as you start the next. Want to combine cables to achieve a custom length? Use the cable connector to attach two cables together.
NOTE: While all of the Knit Picks Option Interchangeable Needles will fit on the shorter cables, we strongly recommend not using the longer tips on these cables - the circumference will not measure 16" and your needles can bend or break.
