This was exactly what I was expecting after reading the reviews. I found this very easy to work with. The weight was as expected, similar to other super bulky yarns I have used. I found it to be slightly scratchy when compared to something like malabrigo. Overall, very good value. I would buy it again.

I've used this yarn for extra thick "neck warmers". I had some left, so I used the rest in thrummed slippers. It's easy to divide/pull appart, very fluffy and warm. Fast to knit with as a whole yarn, and very very warm, although a little bit scratchy. My kitten seems to love it, he keeps stealing it when I'm not looking! ;)

This yarn is actually very reasonably priced and I recently bought yarn from wool and the gang which was 20 dollars for the same exact thing. It is basically the exact same feel and material and I will not be buying their wool anymore just because of how good the quality and price is with tuff puff. I am really happy with the feel and thickness of this yarn as well.

It's actually not that big, which was my first disappointment. It's definitely not super bulky by any means. I have aran-weight yarn that's the same size, so it's teeny by comparison to other super bulky yarn I've gotten. Second of all, it sheds EVERYWHERE. I'm maybe three rows into a big ole bulky sweater and I've been collecting a ring of loose fibers on the yarn as I go. There's basically just a glob of extra fiber formed every time you touch it. I'm not going to bother returning it because it isn't worth the hassle, but I'm really not happy with this yarn. The only thing I can say positively is I ordered black yarn and, unlike other reviewers, my yarn was actually the color it was supposed to be.

Just too scratchy. I LOVE the look of this yarn. Didn’t find it hard to work with. Just not happy with the scratchy feeling. I made 2 cowls, and they both sold. Ladies liked them who bought them. Just think personally I’m going to look for an alternative because of the scratchy problem. Worried about having to deal with ppl wanting to return items if they bought them over Etsy instead of in person like the two I sold.
