1. It is beautiful 2. It has a very nice hand 3. It is not worsted weight (worsted is 9-11 wraps-per-inch; this is 12 which is dk weight) 4. It is a poor twist, both the individual plies and the whole yarn. It arrived, not just split but terribly fuzzed. It tends to lie in a flat ribbon of individual plies on the needle. 5. It is not at all uniform, thicker & fuzzier in some places, thinner and even broken in other places. sigh. and it is so pretty.

I actually like this yarn. I bought it first, then read the reviews and was afraid to knit with it. After some time, I finally took a skein and went to work. Honestly, I like the feel, the squishiness, the definition. I use the Knitpicks interchangeable needles in a size 6 with these and so far have made two pairs of fingerless gloves and am jumping into a slouchy hat next. I can't seem to put the yarn down. I also like that it has wool in it so that the garments are warmer/cozier. So far I've found one fuzz ball that can easily be worked out, and no splits, or knots.

I was nervous to buy this based on the negative reviews, but I'm glad I did! It is very smooth and a bit shiny. The softness is wonderful considering it's 80% acrylic, and I like the bit of added loft and warmth the 20% superwash wool adds to it. This is my new go-to yarn for easy care gifts.

First of all I'm always cold. I am nursing and have 3 kids, so I need washable. This made into the warmest coziest sweater I've ever OWNED and I bought super fancy layering, heat reflective jackets etc. I LOVE THIS YARN! PLEASE make it in sport weight!!!!!!!!

I really like knitting with this yarn--it has a much nicer hand than Wool-Ease or even Encore, and it splits less than Brava does--but be warned that the colors are not always as they seem on this page. Canary in particular has a STRONG green undertone, almost to the point of being a spring green instead of a yellow. Several of the pastel-ish colors are much brighter in person, as well. You're probably better off going by the descriptions than the pictures.
