This yarn is super soft and comes in some gorgeous colors. I was super excited to work with it, but DEAR LORT does it shed like crazy! I made a lapghan for myself and I'm so disappointed. The halos are nuts. Every time I wash it, I'm afraid it's going to clog my washer or dryer. I don't think I'll use it again.

I ordered this in navy and pomegranate to make a hat and was impressed with how soft it is. 44 yards gets used up pretty fast, but for fast gift knitting this is perfect, a couple balls will get you a hat or other small accessory. I loved the colors, they work really well together.

Re: shedding - I wonder if fabric conditioner or similar product would help reduce shedding.

This yarn is super soft, I'm using it for a baby blanket and it knits up really well and fast. It sheds a little though, but not too badly.

I have to say that I love this yarn, it is totally beautiful. However, I bought 28 skeins of the ivy color for a blanket and almost all of the skeins had 3 joints or more! Needless to say, one skein had 8 joints! It is extremely annoying and a waste of yarn because I have to cut the joint. Leave about 6 inches of tale to weave it in.

I like this yarn for the most part. It's pretty soft and knits up well. My big complaint is that it's kind of difficult to make pom poms with as the fibers are fairly slipper. It just feels like not matter how hard I try I can't seem to tighten the pom poms enough. Well, we'll see if they stay together!

I just finished knitting a fox cowl/hood out of eight skeins of this yarn, and mostly I love it. The yarn knits up fast, looked great, and seems to have good stitch definition. The colors are basically true to screen for me (I used orange, ash, and cream). But it does have two problems: 1) It sheds. Most of time while I was knitting it wasn't obvious, but when I was wearing dark clothes I could see orange threads all over my shirt after a knitting session. 2) Knots! Dear god, these skeins are only 44 yards. It is so infuriating to find a knot in a 44 yard skein. I was doing mostly Russian Joins instead of weaving in ends, but either way, there were plenty without knots in almost half the skeins. Fix that one thing, and honestly I'd rate this excellent.

Wow. This yarn is super fun to work with. Im making a straight forward garter stitch cowl that's affordable and adorable! Love this yarn. Everyone's getting a cowl for Christmas.

Love the softness and warmth. I knitted up the ski bunny headband with my free skein. Very fast knit.
