Sale! Chroma Lace

$3.00 100g / Ball  Original Price: $9.99

No matter your taste in colors, we have a rainbow waiting for you! Chroma is our color-transitioning 70% superwash wool and 30% nylon blend yarn. Pair the brightest colors with your boldest projects, or choose a subdued shade for gentle waves of changing color. The colors move gently through a single ply, creating subtly blended and shaded sections.

Chroma Lace brings these popular palettes and soft transitions to the finest weight of yarn. Make the most colorful lace shawls and stoles, or mix and match your favorite colorways to knit double and bring your own twist to fingering weight projects.

You can also purchase four solid colorways - Bare, Brown, Grey, and Black. They pair beautifully with the multicolor shades for great Faux Isle and striped projects.

As a Special Reserve, this is a limited edition yarn and may never return.

Bought a ball of Ferris wheel. LOVE the colors. However, right as I was about to the last 6 grams or so, suddenly the color changed from purple to green. Those to are nowhere near each other in the sequence. I was able to finish up with some pink, but still a pretty drastic change right at the end. (It wasn't knotted, but grafted together...) Other than that, I love the colors. The yarn did get scary thin in a few places and pulled apart in another, but was mostly the same thickness throughout, give or take. Yes, I'd buy this yarn again.

First time Chroma knitter, after admiring the pictures for some time...I love the subtle shading effect of the long color runs and the softness of this lace yarn. In some places the twist is insufficient to keep the fibers together and yarn pulls apart, but a russian join fixes that invisibly. A beautiful yarn for the price!

I'm a huge fan of Chroma, but the fuzzy, loose-spun, single-ply nature of this yarn makes it an exercise in frustration to get the laceweight version out of the skein. It snarls like crazy, and breaks very easily. I'd recommend sticking with Chroma fingering, which is one of my very favorite yarns.

One of the nicest lace Yarns I have worked with. Wildflower has lovely pastel shades. I love knitting lace Shawls and now I can add some variance in color. Plus it’s machine washable and has that little bit of nylon for strength. Fine lace Shawls can catch on items and pull so easily. 874 yards to a skein makes planning a shawl much easier. Alpaca is my favorite soft yarn. This is probably now my second. Great idea putting chroma colors to laceweight yarn,
