Fantastic yarn. I dyed it to use in a Bohus sweater with 15 colors and it came out perfectly. The amount of angora is just right and the yarn is light and has a beautiful halo. Takes the dye easily and knits up like a dream. Ordering more for my stash. Would be excellent if there were some colors, too. For those days you just don’t feel like firing up the dye pot :-).

okay so I wrote a review before using this yarn. I have dyed it now and it is so darn soft i wish i had a $100 bill to use on this. I would buy 20 skeins. It is so so soft. I cannot wait to knit with it now. But alas I used turmeric and its kinda smelly yet so Im washing it again tomorrow. This yarn dries in no time too. I just dyed it this evening. Its almost completely dry already at midnight. Thanks Knitpicks. I hope this yarn is around forevermore. It is just fantastic.

I have not knit with this yarn yet so I think the review should be taken with a grain of salt. its not as soft as I was thinkin it would be considering it is spun with angora fiber. Maybe it softens after a soak or a light wash. I hope so as the whole reason i purchased it was due to the reviews saying it was so soft and the fact it has angora. hmmmm time will tell.

This yarn feels soft from the beginning and gets even softer and develops a nice halo after washing. Somewhat delicate, so not a good choice for socks or gloves. Makes wondergul shawls, scarves or cowls. Have ordered it multiple times and will continue to get more. A colored range of this yarn would be great, for those of us who don’t dye their own yarn.

I love this yarn! It takes the color so easily and is a dream to knit and crochet with. I will continue buying this over and over again!

Lovely, lovely, soft and luscious yarn! Swatched a multi stitch test with size 3 needles, then changed to size 2 on the same swatch. Smaller needles appeared nicer looking as I was knitting, but after blocking all the stitches smoothed out beautifully! Ribbing and cables stitches I tested out (to see how the yarn would respond) improved in a lovely way - very forgiving on my often irregular tension. Love the creamy ivory / ecru color.

I've ordered this numerous times and will continue to as long as they have it. It's so nice to dye and knit with. I dye with kool-aid and food colors and it takes to it beautifully, I get such vibrant shades.

I LOVE THIS YARN. I enjoy using it dying it. And sometimes even just petting it. I hope they keep it for a while

I received this two hanks of this the other day in the mail and quickly wound it up and began work on a lace scarf. This yarn is amazing to work with, wonderfully soft, and has a delightful halo from the angora. I love it.
