Whiteness Sweater
$5.99
Named for a town in the Shetland Islands, this sweater uses 2 strands of fingering weight yarn held together to create a colorwork sweater with some weight to it. This sweater is knitted from the top down. After a twisted rib collar a textured yoke is then worked in Crossed Stocking Stitch by knitting through the back loop on every other round. Raglan increases are then used to improve the fit before separating for the sleeves. The chart is then worked repeatedly for the body before changing to a contrasting colour for a twisted rib finish. The sleeves are then picked up and knitted in the same chart as the body and finished with a matching twisted rib.
