Marley Earflap Hat with Ghosts

This three-color hat is made in the round with stranded colorwork. The hat has earflaps, I-cord ties, and a crochet edging with instructions for an alternative knitted edge. The hat is finished with a striped cord and tassel at the crown and optional crochet eyeballs with embroidered red veins which can be substituted with tassels. For those who prefer not to use charts, there is a full text version of the stranded knitting chart at the end of the pattern.
