Snuffles is a cuddly security blanket and comes with patterns for two different animals: a little bear or a bunny with long ears to pull on. A timeless, minimalist design that leaves lots of room for the child’s imagination, Snuffles will delight parents and comfort babies.
All parts of Snuffles are worked separately in Stockinette Stitch, and then assembled. The ‘body’ is worked from the middle outwards, finished with a Picot Bind Off to add a bit of tactility which baby will enjoy. The facial features are embroidered on in duplicate and running stitch. The diameter of the blanket can be adapted by simply continuing the increases until the desired size is achieved.
