I often hear knitters lament: “I could never knit a shawl, they take too long.” “I could never knit lace, it’s too difficult.” To the naysayers I say, “Pshaw! Silence your doubts, my lovely knitters. You can indeed knit a lace shawl and it will be fabulous!” The Psh-shawl is great project for those new to lace. With fairly simple lace repeats, it works up quickly in dk weight yarn. Psh-shawl is a reminder that, as knitters, we can do anything our hearts desire with our sticks and string.

Color used in the sample is no longer available; we have made a similar color suggestion in the yarn calculator below.

I sent an earlier comment that the pattern was not correct. Upon finishing the project I find the pattern is correct and it must be just the differences in yarns that make it appear different. Please remove my earlier review

As others have said, I don't use charts either. I WISH that this pattern could be provided as written instructions.

In chart D, instructions mention to work Rows 1-26 twice but chart stops at Row 24, is there a corrected version and how do I get it. If not what to work on missing rows please, since D must be done twice, thank you. PS Shawl will be great once finished! Lorraine
