When I first saw this pattern I was intimidated by the design. I have been knitting lace patterns for quite sometime but nothing as intricate as this. But after reading through the written as well as the charted versions I thought I would give it a try. The pattern is so very well written & I believe anyone could knit this. Every detail is thoroughly well described. I was so pleased as to just how fast this was to knit, that I might knit it again.

This pattern is extremely well written, every detail is well described. There were a few new knit stitches that I had never encountered before, but with the directions given I had no problem learning them. The end result is well worth the extra time it takes. I used Knitpicks Bare Hare & a size 6-knitting needle. It came out gorgeous!! {A word about the bare hare, it does shrink quite a bit even in a cold wash, that is why I used a size 6-needle.}
