PLACING YOUR ORDER

There are several ways to place your order:

• ONLINE through our secure website.
• TELEPHONE 18-0010-6750
• MAIL Send your order and payment to: Knit Picks, PO Box 87760, Vancouver WA 98687-7760.
  NOTE: items will not be shipped without full payment 

BACKORDERS / NOTIFY ME

If an item is out of stock it will be listed on our website as "Available (date)" . By clicking the "Notify Me" button, you will receive an email when the item is back in stock and available to order. NOTE: You must be logged into your Knit Picks account to use the Wish List feature. 
 

WISH LIST

The Wish List allows you to create a list of items you want to purchase at a later date.Simply click the "add to wishlist" button on the item's page, and the item will be moved to your wish list. When you're ready to purchase your items, you can simply click the "MOVE TO CART" button from within your wish list and it will be moved to your shopping cart. You can even share your wish list with a friend (hello, perfect birthday present!).NOTE: You must be logged into your Knit Picks account to use the Wish List feature. 

PAYMENT

Knit Picks accepts the following major credit cards:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover
• PayPal

Transactions are in AUD (Australian dollars). You are making a Cross Border payment and should be familiar with the terms and conditions of your Card Issuing Bank regarding fees.

Knit Picks does not accept COD orders or purchase orders.

TAXES

10% GST is required for shipments going to Australia at this time.
