In the first printing, the titles for right and left stitch patterns were flipped, on both the written stitch pattern instructions and the charts. In the revised pattern:

- Chevron Right Front comes first in the written stitch patterns and begins with Row 1 (RS): (K3, P3) to last st, K1. for both written pattern and chart.

- Chevron Left Front comes second in the written stitch patterns and begins with Row 1 (RS): K1, (P3, K3) to end. for both written pattern and chart.
