The pattern includes instructions for several different weight yarns, but is particularly beautiful in a single ply like Muse Aran. This design can take a lot of color, making it perfect for Hand Painted Muse. One skein will make an adult sized beanie for an average female. Size is easily adjustable as well.
Pictured sample is made using the light bulky/ aran pattern on US 10/6mm needles. Suitable for an adventurous beginner or intermediate knitter. Pattern also includes photo tutorials for the trickier parts of the pattern.
