Lindy Chain yarn is difficult to work with because the yarn splits, and at times there are thick little knobs preceded by thin strings so that I have to cut out a length of yarn and will have more yarn ends to weave in than usual. It also feels rough/hard. I will not order this again.

I hadn't used this yarn before. I was fine with the color, but I'd never used the "chain" type before. It unravels often and easily, I don't think it's my knitting technique. I've been working through it and hope it doesn't unravel in the finished work like some others have posted.

I love this yarn! It knits up beautifully! I did not have difficulties with splitting but I do use the Karbonz needles which have metal tips. About to order more Lindy Chain yarn and begin a new project:)

This is the first knit picks yarn that I am disappointed with. It is a chain and periodically one of the plies is broken coming off the ball resulting in the chain unraveling. Very disappointing I have a lot of ends to weave in now

I love the Knit Picks cotton yarns. Lindy Chain works up wonderfully, especially for lace, giving me a perfect mix of drape and shine. I recently made lace shell that will be perfect with my ‘tuxedo’ dress suit for the opera. I have both white and silver in my stash and can’t wait to use it.
