Helen Rose Patterns
As a busy mom of four and a pediatrician, I am certainly inspired by children. I remember fondly opening up the handmade gifts that my oldest received as an infant and smile as I store them for my future grandbabies. I loved dressing my daughter in the Kelly green sweater jacket that my aunt made in 1973. My yearly family photos always include handmade garments.
My goal at rosebud is to help knitters at every skill level create beautiful garments that will be heirlooms in their families. Of course, if you choose a more rugged yarn, daily wear is wonderful as well!
My patterns are well tested, simple and straightforward. All the final garments have minimal finishing and always have some special touch. They are always beautiful and unique.
