Content: 75% Superwash Merino Wool, 25% Nylon
Weight: Fingering Weight
Gauge: 7 - 8 sts = 1" on #1 - 3 needles (2.25mm-3.25mm)
Amount: 231 yards/50 gram ball
Care: Machine Washable/Tumble Dry Low
Note: This yarn was formerly known as Essential. Some of the colors already have the new labels. The yarn is identical, we are just changing the labels.
A super-soft, affordable, washable treat for your feet. Warm, cushy and versatile, this yarn is wonderful to have in your stash when sock inspiration strikes. Ideal for gift socks since the recipient does not need to worry about special care instructions. Space dyed yarns do usually pool - if you are unhappy with the way the colors are pooling, try going up or down one needle size or increasing or decreasing a few stitches. This should change the pooling pattern and very possibly give you a completely different look.
For best machine wash results, turn the socks inside out and wash in cold water on a delicate cycle.
