Cotton yarn is definitely one of the best yarns to work with. I do notice some of the colors are completely different from what the images are. I do understand that colors vary with our monitors and what not, but after receiving my Dishie yarn of Begonia (which looked like a Hot Pink in the picture) it looks a lot like Pomegranate. I'm hoping the customer that ordered from me who I am making a bag for doesn't dislike it because it's not exactly the color she and I thought it was.

I'm working on a kitchen rug with Dishie multi - and have a solid color rug to crochet as well once the multi is completed. This yarn works so well and with two strands is making a lovely, soft rug. There are no snags as is inferior cotton brands I've used in the past. I'm very pleased.

I made a few dishcloths with this and with another store bought cotton yarn and there is no comparison! While this is a bit more expensive than the store brand, you get what you pay for. This was easy to knit and it glides over the needles effortlessly (unlike the store brand I was used to) and the colors are fantastic. Between the two brands in the final product, the Dishie yarn was much softer. I will have no problem using this as a washcloth for my face, while the other will be demoted to the kitchen sink. Now that I've found this, I'm making this my go to place for my yarn picks and not just for dishcloths. Just beautiful yarn that makes the final product a bit nicer. Couldn't have asked for better yarn.

I've worked with several cotton yarns over the last decade. I love to make dishcloths and baby items with it. This yarn has the BEST finished product look, best wear and lasts so much better. And for me-- the way a yarn FEELS as I work with it is most of the fun of my knitting and crocheting. This brand feels amazing. Soothing and relaxing for me to work with. :-) I need a monthly budget allowance just for yarn. My hubby calls it my THERAPY. Lol

I used this yarn to make placemats for a craft swatch. Worked up beautifully. I had to double it, and they came out great. About a skein a placemat, with just enough leftover for a small coaster. Much better quality alternative to the kitchen yarn in stores. And beautiful colors!

Dishie is fantastic to work with. It is so very soft! It feels like a very expensive yarn and I look forward to ordering more! I hope they introduce more colors soon because I can imagine that this will work really well for my knitted amigurumi.

Dishie makes beautiful, soft, durable washcloths. I've been making and using them for about a year, and my whole family loves them! The colors are strong and lasting, the yarn is easy to work with, it has excellent stitch definition, and launders well.

Dishie is an unexpected and fabulous find for crochet amigurumi. After years of designing for acrylic yarn, I've switched to cotton because of the beautiful stitch definition. Unlike other commercially available cotton, Dishie has a nice twist and resists splitting. Plus, Dishie softens with time: my daughter's best-loved amigurumi friends are so touchably soft you just can't put them down!
