I ordered the seashell with a description of a "soft pastel". It's not! It's more of a neon orange. Disappointed in the color difference from the screen image and the description.

Avoid the Cobblestone Heather color. It is super scratchy (worse than craft store acrylics) and squeaky. I wish I read the reviews before selecting the colors because at least 2 other people has complained about Cobblestone Heather here already. I would give that a 1 star but the Dove gray was the exact opposite and is 5-star soft so I am giving this yarn 3 star average overall. Wish it is more consistent!

I am currently knitting the Hue Shift afghan in the Jewel colors, and so far am generally pleased with the yarn. However, I would warn anyone trying to select coordinating colors that the sample pictures are way off from the actual yarn. Solstice Heather, for example, looks like a cobalt based on the picture, but is actually a very deep (and lovely) violet-based midnight blue. Hunter, which I ordered separately to replace the Dublin which came with the pattern kit, and which I did not care for, is also much deeper than it looks in the pictures. Rouge, which by the way, is the French word for red, is a nearly neon pink. I was considering substituting for that as well, but don't see anything likely to work, and haven't a clue, now that I've compared the actual yarn to the pictures, what anything I might choose would really look like. But apart from that, I'm enjoying working with the yarn, and have not experienced the "plasticky" feel that some users have described.

3 out of 5 stars

I always love this yarn. It's nice and soft and easy to work with. BUT...be forewarned, that "Lady Slipper" is not the lavender (light purple) color in the pic at all. In person, it matches the Coral color on the screen almost exactly. It's a Pinkish lavender. Not thrilled about that but not worth returning 15 skeins over.

I have been making a lot of Gypsy Cream Bunnies and the best yarn for $$$ is Brava sport or Worsted soft doesn't split when you crochet or knit with it I have used what was produced in China and India with virtually no problems in fact my biggest problem is timing colors to be in stock and not out of stock! Customer Service is always ready to answer questions and help with color choices Brava is my go to acrylic yarn!

4 out of 5 stars

Overall, I enjoy working with Brava. There is a wide range of colors and it's a good price for the amount of yarn per ball. I particularly enjoy using it for making plushies. I only have two complaints about this yarn. The first is that it likes to split, which can be a bit frustrating. My second complaint, and perhaps the more important one, is that the Cobblestone Heather has an entirely different texture from the rest of Brava Sport. While all my other colors have been soft, Cobblestone Heather has a rough, almost plastic, feel to it which is greatly disappointing. When I washed my project, it did soften some, but not as much as I had hoped.

I have been working with this yarn for eight months making "Wishing Stockings" for a children's hospital. I keep ordering more and more as friends donate the price. It just works up beautiful and the colors are so beautiful. I hope they never take this yarn off the menu!

4 out of 5 stars

I love your sports yarn. The color selection is great, and the person creating the names must had a wonderful time. However, trying to match a previous skein is difficult. I was very disappointed in the worsted. I felt it was more DK weight.

5 out of 5 stars

Excellent yarn. I'm using it to make crocheted flower corsages and it's perfect. It's soft, colorful and washable. So many beautiful colors. Plus it's easy to work with. Can't beat the price. My only problem is I want to buy them all, but I need some restraint. Thank you knit picks!

2 out of 5 stars

Yarn was not soft at all. I used every method on pin interest to try and soften this with no success. The colors are great and I had no problem with the yarn splitting but the finished product feels plastic. I have used a couple of other premium acrylics and have not had this experience. I should have known, the price was too good to be true.

4 out of 5 stars

I love, love, love this yarn! It's great to work with , the colors are wonderful and it washes and dries (yes, I said dries in the dryer) like a dream. I've placed two orders and will definitely order it again as it's become my go to for shawls. Thanks, KnitPicks.

Great price. Rather splitty though. You really have to pay attention to it.

2 out of 5 stars

I'm disappointed in this yarn, all of the reviews mention how soft it is, but I find it scratchy I thought if I kept crocheting it would become softer, but it hasn't. It also splits a lot. I ordered a lot of it during a recent sale to crochet some baby blankets, but I'm worried that it isn't appropriate for a baby's delicate skin. I'm thinking I'm going to have to put it aside and order a different type. I am allergic to wool so I usually buy cotton...does anyone know if washing the finished product helps to soften this yarn?

1 out of 5 stars

Softness was good, but it separated terribly. And one ball had two joining knots a few inches apart. It's disappointing because there is such a great selection of colors.

2 out of 5 stars

I generally like this yarn because it's soft and wears well, but trying to color match it was really hard. I ordered the Mediterranean Brava Sport yarn sampler a while ago, and ran out of Caution. The version of Caution that's available now, individually, is a completely different color and impossible to use in the project I started. I contacted KP but they didn't seem to grasp what I was saying, which was disappointing.

5 out of 5 stars

I can't tell you how beautiful the Christmas stocking I am using this yarn for is. And the price is great. I recommend it wholly.

4 out of 5 stars

Really love this yarn and the textures I can create with this. Sadly, the color scales are completely off. I ordered the "alarm" color and instead of being a dark yellow as on the website, it looks orange! Not what I wanted but it will become baby blankets. I guess

1 out of 5 stars

I was very disappointed with this yarn. Although the color was beautiful (I bought Denim), the yarn was stiff and scratchy, no drape at all. It is also MUCH thicker than a sportweight yarn. It is thicker than worsted weight yarns I have in my stash. I tried knitting up a swatch on size 5 needles, and it was half again bigger than what the label said it should be. And the label recommends sizes 3-5. The swatch was also stiff as cardboard . I would probably have to use a size 8 needle to accommodate the bulk of this yarn. But truthfully I will probably not use this at all. That's how much I DON'T like it. Definitely would not recommend.

2 out of 5 stars

I ordered a couple of skeins of Tidepool. The yarn is fine, except for all of the knots/splices. I haven't made it all the way through the first skein and I've had to deal with three knots. Very annoying. I expected better quality.

4 out of 5 stars

I ordered five colors of this yarn to try out. I love four of them, but the fifth is the Cobblestone - it's a heathery gray - and it is so weird feeling. It feels sort of like plastic and is much rougher than the others (none of them were heathers - just plain blue/green tones). It was so weird because the others were so soft. It also seems a tiny bit thicker. The gray is not pleasant to work with at all - it feels just so weird. I will order this again, but not the heather ones, based on the reviews I've seen here.

4 out of 5 stars

Angela, I also ordered Paprika for a sweater, and although I wanted a traditional rust (I'm a redhead), it was more red than anything. Color can be off on the web, but in this case, the color was off in the Knitpicks book that shows every color. It's frustrating, but I'm not returning it. I'm adjusting my view.

3 out of 5 stars

The texture is fine for a yarn of this price, but the color is way off of what was pictured. I've checked it on several different computers and mobile devices and on all of them, Paprika looks very different from what I received.

3 out of 5 stars

Not as soft as advertised, but knits easily and will make a great baby blanket for a couple in a small apartment with shared laundry facilities. The only problem I have is that I've now tried pulling from the outside and from the inside and both ways end up with tangles of yarn. Very frustrating. 2 more balls to go. Sigh...hope it goes more easily.

3 out of 5 stars

I'm one of the many who are disappointed with the newer brava yarns. I ordered some of the worsted and was impressed with the quality and color selection. I just received a batch of the sport as a sampler and it's heavier and far more plasticky when compared to my older brava. It's actually heavier than the worsted weight. I cast on and ran into a break in the yarn before I was done with the first row, I decided to cut and start over rather than to weave in an end later since I have a bunch of extra yardage so I cast on again and three rows in, I've hit another break. I'm usually a huge fan of knitpicks but I'd recommend going with any other decent brand for acrylic, this isn't worth the headache!

Wow, wow! I'd pretty much given up on acrylic yarns! After reading the reviews I decided to try this...love it, its incredibly soft and I couldn't wait to start knitting with it. This will now be my go to acrylic yarn and for the price, can't beat it! I ordered several skeins for baby blankets and next will be ordering the worsted weight, colors are exactly as pictured.I have ordered many yarns from KnirPicks and have never been disappointed! Thank you!

Just finished the Hue Shift Afghan in the brights. Absolutely love it, Brava Sports is lovely to knit with and feels so lovely and soft, unlike a lot of other acrylic yarns. Thank you for the pattern and for making beautiful yarns.

5 out of 5 stars

I actually really, really like this yarn. I usually prefer natural fibers, but I thought I'd give it a try, since I liked the colors and really liked the price. It is acrylic for sure--you can feel it against the needles--but it's soft and feels comfy against the skin. I read another review that it's heavier than sport, and I would agree with that, but it's still a pretty great value. I made my new favorite cardigan for twelve bucks, and there are so many pretty colors--I can't see a reason not to knit about ten more of these!

5 out of 5 stars

I bought a few different colorways to make fingerless gloves (one skein of this yarn is the perfect amount for a pair!). The colors were even more beautiful in person than pictured on the site. For acrylic yarn, I was pleasantly surprised. It's very soft and you don't get that squeaky plastic sound that you get when working with some acrylic yarns. I'm ordering some more colorways now and this will be a new go-to yarn for me!

5 out of 5 stars

This might be the best 100% acrylic yarn I've knitted with. At first, I was apprehensive because people had told me it is similar to Vanna's Choice and I am NOT a fan of that yarn. I was pleasantly surprised to find it is really nothing like Vanna's Choice. It is softer and sturdier. It doesn't separate. I have been knitting baby hats for charity with it and it is easy to work with - even when I make so many mistakes I have to start over a million times! This is my first experience with Knitpicks yarns. I am currently waiting for a shipment of Mighty Stitch and I can't wait to try it!

4 out of 5 stars

This is a good-value sport weight yarn for the money. The stitch definition is great, so it's good for patterning. I'm currently using it to make a small blanket, and the pattern for it is looking great, even in a darker color (Asphalt Heather, which may have been discontinued? I didn't see it in the color choices). The downside is that it is a bit splitty if you use sharply-pointed or thin needles, and there's a tendency for the heathered shades to shed some fuzzy white fibers that you need to pull off sometimes. Otherwise a good buy, and the machine-washableness is a definite benefit for garments.

5 out of 5 stars

This yarn is so nice to work with! I bought a couple of skeins to try (tidepool) and I love it. It's so soft to crochet with. I used it for a chunky cowl that I can't wait to wear. Very pleased with this yarn, I will definitely use it again! I wish there was a copper color like the swish worsted yarn...my mom's favorite color.

3 out of 5 stars

I just received my order of 36 balls in 14 colors and half of these are not like their pic. The colors are all wrong. For example fairy Tale is red wine/burgandy in color not purple, in fact all the purples I ordered are off, they matched on screen but they are not matched in person. The yarn itself is soft and squishy and I will rebuy but I wont trust knitpicks coloring again, not even the written desc since that's what I followed for a matching color on 2 of my choices.

5 out of 5 stars

I love this yarn. It's soft and easy to work with. The colors are beautiful and although not quite true to the computer they are lovely. I've used the sport weight for a year now and am so happy with it and the results I've achieved. I am happy that I found Knit Picks and am anxious to try some other yarns to work with. Right now I am kind of stuck on Brava Sport.

5 out of 5 stars

I love this stuff. The colors are true and the color range is wide, the yarn is sturdy and shows stitch definition well. I wouldn't use it for a sweater, but for toys and afghans, this is the way to go.

5 out of 5 stars

I love this yarn! I bought 4 different colors to make some fair isle socks and I love them. It arrived a day early and even though I was not excited about buying acrylic it turned out to be very soft and not stiff or scratchy. Definitely would recommend and buy again.

3 out of 5 stars

Count me among the disappointed. I loved the Brava Sport yarn that came with my Hue Shift kit that i bought about 18 months ago. I made it up into a much bigger blanket, so had to order some extra skeins last month (yes, I'm a slow knitter, but this thing is really large too!). I have not been impressed with the new skeins. The colors are still terrific and consistent across lots, and the yarn is still soft. However, the yarn in the new skeins arent nearly the same size as the prior skeins -- yarn feels and looks noticeably thinner (not good), and there have been a number of breaks in the yarns.

5 out of 5 stars

I LOVE this yarn, wonderful color selection, so soft and easy to work with. It is virtually the only yarn I use because considering who I make things for, if it can't be tossed in with the regular laundry, the time making it is wasted. In a perfect world I would wish that along with the wonderful colors, a few variations could be added: Some more strongly heathered colors, some tweeds (this is almost a prayer), and maybe some color variations like those shown in the Hawthorne, and especially Hawthorne Kettle lines. If some of that could be added to this wonderful yarn line I would consider it just about perfect in ALL ways

I purchased brava when it first came out- and oh my so amazing! I was running low, and I just put in a $300 order for more to make lots of gifts for family, and I am only a couple skeins into it, but I am getting that squeaky feel/sounds, and it feels nowhere near as soft once worked up. I am so sad and want the old yarn back. I would be willing to pay more for it too. Will update my rating if this only pertain to certain colors. Also, it feels now just like an ordinary acrylic yarn, but does not even feel average quality. Thus compared to other acrylics, it is on par and maybe just a step below to some of the good ones. Comparing it to the original Brava it is a huge difference.

Have used this soft, easy to work with acrylic yarn to make a couple of two-colored lapghans (peacock & cream, tranquil & cream) using Lily Chin's mosaic crochet technique. Also have bought the seashell color. All 3 of the non-cream colors were close to the colors on my iPad Air 2: Seashell turned out to be reminiscent of the orange color of a creamsicle, Tranquil had less blue tone than expected (though pleasing nevertheless), and Peacock slightly more green tone, but close enough. Would love a Periwinkle and dark or medium rose color.

I am not a fan of using Acrylics to knit with, but recently had a request for a hat, and the lady did not want wool/natural fibers. Of all the acrylics I have had to use, the Brava was the least horrible. The yarn was very soft, and the color was really beautiful. It knitted up very nicely...in spite of it not being my favorite fiber to knit with ;] I ordered the Denim, and it was a lovely shade of blue. For any other acrylic projects in my future, I will use the Brava.

I was very impressed with the Silver Brava yarn that I had purchased to knit a particular knitted cardigan pattern. It has a sheen to it and it is very soft. With the pattern that I am making I also decided to include a very interesting fingering yarn and the two yarns together are a beautiful combination. The color selections of the yarn is amazing. So much to choose from.

I received a skein of Brava sport in a free grab bag a little while ago. When my husband saw that it was acrylic, he asked if I would make him a scarf from it. He is allergic to wool. We decided on the Dove Heather and Cobblestone Heather for , one strand of each color held together, achieving a marled look as I knit. I proceeded with my order even after reading many reviews. I would say this yarn is soft, works up very nicely and I have not had splitting or other problems noted by others.

I used the Brava yarn to use with some knit-o-graph sweaters for my grandkids. The colors were a good selection, and I got bright and soft pinks for the girls, who wanted rainbow ducks and elephants. I did a train for one grandson and a green on black skull sweater for the soon to arrive boy. They work up nice, wash well, and the kids love how soft and colorful they are.

5 out of 5 stars

I have bought a lot of this yarn in different colors. I have made sweaters for my family members. It is very soft and it launders well. The umber heather and the cobblestone heather are both quite beautiful. It is a good quality, durable yarn that's easy to work with. I love it and I will continue to use this yarn.

My son decided he wanted to give a special style of hat to all his friends. Of course, Mommy had to make it as it's not sold in any store. Could I find a pattern? No and so I had to guess at how much yarn I would need to make 7 of these hats. Sounds simple until you realize the hats are 4 feet long and work as scarves at the same time. Since these hats were so long and so many needed to be made I went to my local yarn store. They had closed up shop and knitpicks is my now my go to shop. Not only could I find all the colours I needed in the correct shades (each hat took between 2-4 colours) but they got the shipment to me quickly with no back orders. This yarn was perfect as over half of these hats are going to autistic children whom are very sensitive to texture, softness and feel in general. We now hope that this will lower the left behind and lost issue of hats and scarves this year. By the way, I had enough wool left over to make each hat a pair of mittens too. Thanks for saving my bacon this Christmas.

Used to be a quality product. Now it's highly inconsistent, full of defects, lumps, clumps, thick then thin... holy headache. It's really a bummer, it comes in such wonderful colors.

5 out of 5 stars

This yarn comes from two sources: one in China and one in Turkey. The stuff from China is softer and slicker, and the stuff from Turkey is rougher- however, after washing my finished product made with the Turkey yarn, it feels exactly like the China stuff. The difference must be the stuff from China is washed and the Turkey stuff isn't. So don't fret if yours feels rough-it will work out!

3 out of 5 stars

I ordered several colors of Brava Sport during your recent sale. As I was putting away my recent purchase with Brava Sport that I had purchased in the past, I noticed a difference in the quality of the yarn between the made in China and the made in Turkey. I ended up separating the yarn by country. I like the feel of the made in Turkey yarn much better.

2 out of 5 stars

Wish I had tried out the yarn before ordering 10 skeins for a blanket. It's pretty average acrylic, much like vannas choice. My problem is that it is worsted not sport. I compared wpi and it's actually slightly larger gauge than my wool of the Andes worsted. Not sure why it is sold as sport weight.

5 out of 5 stars

This yarn is lovely and soft - I only use acryclic yarn as I'm allergic to wool and I mostly do amigurumi. The sport weight BRAVA IS a little thick, as some people have noted, not exactly sport weight. I find that you can never rely on the online colors no matter who you buy yarn from - I've ordered one of every color of BRAVA and some of the colors are a surprise, not what I thought they would be, but lovely all the same. If the shade really matters, talking to someone on the phone sounds like a good idea. I'm just glad that KnitPicks decided to offer a well-priced acrylic yarn.

4 out of 5 stars

This is some of the best cheap acrylic yarn on the market. It's soft and easy to knit. Don't expect it to be wool and you won't be disappointed. The only actual complaint I have is that it yarn barfs if you so much as look sideways at it.

4 out of 5 stars

The Hue Shift afghan kit is fun to make and once you get onto the process, an easy one to knit while watching tv or listening to someone talking. It is about the right size for a lap robe or leg warmer, and priced right for a knitted gift for someone who needs machine washable. A very interesting project and easy. Make sure you knit with sharp pointed needles for picking up stitches as this is modular style.

4 out of 5 stars

I was quite pleasantly surprised to find that this acrylic yarn is rather soft! It's comfortable, cozy and makes for an excellent blanket. My one complaint is that I don't feel all of the pictures on the website accurately show the actual color of the yarn.. some of them are spot on, but the almond I received had more pinkish under tones, the eggplant purple was more royal and not as dark as I expected, and the avocado looks more like the peapod green, among a few others. It's not drastic or the end of the world, it's just a minor disappointment. However, for the price and the overall quality, I really can't complain too much. Long story short, especially for the price, this yarn is great and I'll absolutely buy it again.

Christmas Came Early!!! Just opened my huge box of yarn and it is so soft can't wait to get started but very disappointed in some of the colors as they weren't what I thought I was getting. I ordered during a great sale and most colors were backordered so choices were limited as I was trying to get 2 matching colors in same family to use with neutrals and none were available. Thought I was ordering a pinky red (Coral) as in description, but got pumpkin colored. Eggplant is more on the grapey purple tone rather than deeper color. Was going to make baby and doll clothes so all is useable and pretty, but now just doll clothes as not the colors I expected. Will order again next good sale but will do on phone so I can get input on actual color matching with some of what I got today as descriptions given aren't accurate.

I received some yarn from my Aunt for a blanket I am crocheting for her and loved it! I traced it back to Knit Picks and it's the Brava Sports Yarn. The colors are beautiful and bright. The yarn is soft and light weight. It's perfect. So much so that now I have placed an order so I can make a blanket for myself! I cannot wait to start on it and will be making many more using yarn from this sight. Love the Brava Sport Color and texture!

4 out of 5 stars

This is a pretty basic acrylic yarn. I purchased it to use for children's toys and knew that anything else was possibly a waste of high end yarn. I like my balls center pull and one of the skeins had some weird other fiber on the internal end and another skein weighed 10g less than the 100g on the wrapper. But for $2.99/skein and a wide range of colors I definitely will get my money's worth out of them. The yarn is soft enough and for 100g, it is bargain.

4 out of 5 stars

Okay, this is a follow-up to my previous rave review. Out of about 20, I got one skein of Tidepool that had the very rough texture Suzanne mentioned. I know with their excellent return policy, I could have gotten a refund for that skein, but it wasn't worth the fuss. If I'd bought more of that color, I would have returned it. The rest of the colors have been great, and I hope you don't lose faith, Suzanne!

5 out of 5 stars

I've ordered this yarn a couple of times now and have yet to be disappointed! It's a very soft acrylic, the colors are wonderful, it's very durable, and it's priced extremely fair. It worked VERY nicely for an afghan! I've recommended this yarn to many other crafters due to my love for this yarn and Knit Picks in general. I will definitely order this yarn again in the future!

2 out of 5 stars

It seems this stuff has gone down in quality now that it's made in China. I purchased some for the Hue Shift, and some for my mom, and multiple skeins have been shredded in multiple places. It also isn't plied very tightly, and feels very acrylic. The finished product LOOKS quite nice, but I'm very disappointed in the quality of the yarn that went into it.

3 out of 5 stars

Not what I was hoping for after reading reviews here and on Ravelry. Perhaps it is just the color I ordered (Asphalt heather)? I found it distinctly acrylic feeling (think Red Heart Super Saver as opposed to Red Heart Soft or Caron Simply Soft). On the plus side, the color is very saturated, and my swatch didn't fade or shrink when machine washed with warm water and tumble dried on high. The feel did improve when washed, but I would still be reluctant to wear anything made out of this yarn. I'm sure I'll come up with another use for it, but I'm shocked that so many reviewers have called this soft!

2 out of 5 stars

I was disappointed in this yarn and was sorry I didn't order one skein to check it out first. It is labeled at a #2, sport weight yarn but it knits like a worsted..much thicker yarn than I anticipated. It also is not a very soft yarn and doesn't have much drape. I will not use this yarn again.

2 out of 5 stars

I bought this yarn after reading such great reviews but I'm not happy with it . It seems to be broken a lot . My ball of blush was broken in 6 places . So now I'll have a lot ends to weave in , which I hate . The custard also had a big black smudge on it . I know it's not a very expensive yarn but I guess you get what you pay for !

A group of us make blankets and caps for the infants in the Neo-natal ICU at our local hospital. Brava is perfect! The colors are bright and cheery and out of 8 skeins of Brava I can get at least 10 blankets and caps.

I'm using this yarn to make this afghan -- http://www.etsy.com/listing/60225798/double-vision-pdf-pattern-for-knitted -- similar to the hue shift pattern, very pretty and easy. Like others, I was reluctant to go with acryllic, but this yarn is incredibly soft and almost creamy feeling, a real delight to knit. I was using Shine Sport for these afghans (I've made about a dozen), but there are more colors and the price is great. I'm a fan!

2 out of 5 stars

After reading rave reviews on Ravelry, I was more than happy to place my order without trepidation for buying sight unseen. Unfortunately when my order arrived a week later I was disappointed to say the least. Almond, Fig, Seraphim had a washed out, rose-ish hue, Caution was over saturated, Fairy Tale was bland. Mulberry was absolutely beautiful! Avacado was so-so. While I realize colors may vary slightly according to monitor settings, I checked on several different monitors to be sure I had as close to accurate representation as possible. I thought I'd found an answer to avoiding big box craft yarn for my acrylics but sadly, one gorgeous color isn't acceptable; not to mention the postage costs I'm paying for receiving and now returning. The yarn is so soft & squishy, really wanted to like it, but I'll be returning the entire order. I ended up hitting the usual craft stores and left a happy camper.

I just received my order from the Brava sale. WOW!!!! One of the colors I bought was Cotton Candy - and it is beautiful. The color swatch picture doesn't do it justice. Every color I chose is gorgeous! I love this yarn, it is so soft and works up really nice. I have knit a variety of baby gifts from this for friends, and they love the easy care and softness. You can't beat the price. I'm with the others - can't wait for even more colors.

5 out of 5 stars

I love Brava! This is by far the softest acrylic I have ever worked with! I have just knit 6 balls of it into hats and booties for babies at our local hospital. The colors are bright and gorgeous, not nearly as dull as the ones you buy at a craft store, and the amount of yarn in one ball is fantastic. I knit small baby/preemie 6 hats out of each ball!

You added more colors!!! Woo-hoo!!!! 5 Stars all the way!

I usually do not like using acrylic yarns, but this yarn is great. It has beautiful colors and a very soft feel. I hope they continue to increase the color choices of this yarn. I bought some extra for those little last minute projects.

I love this yarn, it's great to work with and the colors are yummy. The color I'm longing for and can't find is a sage green or pale sea green - would love to see this in Brava.

I am hooked on the Hue Shift throw. This is the first kit that I have ever ordered. I have loved making it and I plan on making several more. The Brava yarn is wonderful. I am a fairly new knitter (6yrs) and it took me a little further in skill. I agree that more colors would be wonderful.

I am another who HATES acrylic... But LOVES Brava!! It is pretty much impossible to find 1.) Acrylic yarn that feels FABULOUS, or 2.) Acrylic yarn in SPORT weight. I adore this yarn!! I gave it a 4 only because there are fewer colors for the sport weight Brava than the worsted weight. More colors, please!!!

I'm working on my third Hue Shift Afghan with Brava Sport yarn. It is so easy to work with! The colors are like eye candy, and it feels great in my hands while working with it.

In the last year or two I've become obsessed about using only natural natural fibers. However a recently project required the wash-ability of acrylic. Early in my knitting career I've used other acrylic brands but I have to say Brava Sport is the BEST acrylic yarn I've tried. It has a wonderful hand feel and the stitch definition is lovely. This is the acrylic yarn I've actually wanted to make clothing from.

So soft, so bright. Perfect for colorful baby items.
