This Brioche beanie is a great introduction to Brioche Stitch, with instructions for both single color and two-color versions. Working with two colors might actually be easier than one color, because it's easier to see what's going on with the stitch pattern. Work a couple of extra inches before decreasing if you like a slouchier fit.
