A cute, whimsical cowl featuring a parade of stylized turtles, bordered by a traditional lace pattern called "Tortoise." An easy 4-row eyelet edging adds the finishing touch. It begins with a provisional cast-on and is knitted in one piece, flat, back and forth in rows to wanted length. After blocking, the provisional cast-on is unraveled and the cowl is joined into a ring with a 3-needle bind-off.
