The Thimble sweater is inspired by the talented baker, Thimble, in Travis Baldree’s Legends and Lattes. Like Thimble the baker, this sweater is sweet and cozy and can be made in your own genius color combinations!
Thimble is a seamless, top-down pullover with raglan shaping, a fun (and easy to memorize) slipped-stitch colorwork pattern, and sleeves with optional thumbholes!
The pattern is cast on at the neck and worked flat while the neckline is shaped. You then join and work in the round to the hem. Sleeves are worked in the round from the underarm to the cuff.
