Skeleton Scarf and Nachaq Hood Pattern

Inspired by designs found on many Yup'ik wooden utensils, this scarf and hood set translate these old treasures into modern, knitted accessories. The scarf is worked flat, while the hood is worked in the round. This pair of projects is the perfect way to see what differences occur in the same pattern when worked flat as compared to in the round. Treat yourself or a friend to the hood, the scarf or maybe even the set! The pattern uses charts for the lace work portions of the pattern.
