This hat, with it’s face-framing ruffle, will look adorable on your little loved one! After knitting the ruffle, the stitches are quickly decreased to a manageable number and the rest of the hat knits up in a flash. Finished circumference sizes: preemie 14”; 0-6 mos 16 ½”; 1 yr 17 ¾”; 2 yrs 19”; 3-4 yrs 20 ¼”.
