Oregon-Grape Socks

$1.99
The name of this pattern is a bit deceiving. Grape? The name makes onethink of purple and the edible variety of grapes. These socks are named after The Oregon-Grape, the state flower. An evergreen type of shrub that blooms dainty yellow flowers in the late Spring, and sports purplish-black berries in the Autumn. It's official name is Mahonia Aquifolium. It is a native Pacific Northwest plant and rarely grows east of the Cascades. I was inspired by the lace pattern and the color of the yarn, to name it after.
