Can you knit a song? I don?t know where the question came from, but, it came. So, I decided to chart Beethoven?s Ode to Joy. It was amazing! The colors (7 of course) progressed up the chart so beautifully that I knew I had to knit it, and because it seemed so ?fair-isle-ey?, I chose to knit a tam. In order to adhere to at least some of the rules of that manner of knitting, I used my initial chart more as a starting point, changing it quite a lot. Because I love color, I?ve given you some other color ways to try, in addition to the one pictured. But, as I know you will, feel free to substitute your own color choices!!
