The twentieth-century American graphic designer Rob Roy Kelly iscredited with saying:

My sister and I often apply this adage to our work. One day we discussed how to embody the concept in a knitted garment that was good, big, and red. Beth produced the initial sketches for the design, which I knit up into this cozy cardigan.
