Laced Legwarmers

Legwarmers with "laces" wrapping around and around. The laces will be where it folds if your wear it low on your leg.
This pattern is sized over a broad range of sizes, from a 9 inch calf, to a 21 inch calf. The smallest size will fit a child, and the largest will fit the largest calves I have ever heard of. Most women will fit the mid sizes, and will need two balls of Glimmer.
You may want to use elastic thread to help them stay on better.
Each size is written out individually, much nicer to follow than when the sizes are mixed up!
