Comfort and effortless style together at last. The Infinity Cardigan hugs you with wooly warmth, boundless cables, and a flowing front border. Slightly oversized front panels that ruffle and drape let you style the Infinity Cardigan in endless ways: wear it open, pin it to the side, or add a belt. Whatever you decide, this classic piece will be with you season after season.
The Infinity Cardigan begins at the left hand cuff and work up the length of the sleeve, then half of the sleeve stitches are placed on hold, and a provisional cast on edge is worked. This creates the cardigans side seam and allows the cowl front to be worked in short rows. As half of the sleeve stitches are kept on the needles while working the front, the front can be incorporated seamlessly with the sleeve as you go. The back is then worked by knitting across the working stitches, then the remaining sleeve and provisional cast on stitches, before proceeding in pattern across the back. When the back is complete, the second sleeve and front of the cowl are worked in a similar manner as the first, and the cardigan is finished by grafting together the side seam.
