Choose from over twenty colorwork charts that are worked over 5, 7, 11, and 13 rows to adorn the foot of the sock, then pick from either a Gingham or Poinsettia motif for the main patterning around the leg. A completely charted alphabet lets you finish off your one-of-a-kind creation by adding a monogrammed initial. By using a provisional cast on above the toe, the sock it knit to the top while an afterthought heel is worked in afterwards and the toe is picked up and knit down. Knit out of sport weight yarn, these stockings are sure to work up faster than expected. The yarn requirements includes enough yarn to knit two stockings, allowing you to try out different charts and motifs.
