This scarf is inspired by chunky cable with openwork sweaters seen on the runway that only the impossibly thin can wear. I began to think about how Miranda in The Devil Wears Prada explains to how the blue color of her sweater is the result of designs that had been shown the previous season on the runway. So, I took the inspiration from an over the top cable dress and turned it into a little bit of Haute Couture that I can wear and still have an extra slice of pie after a holiday dinner.
