This close fitting jacket is just simple stockinette st with reverse stockinette and the shape was inspired by the Venetian gondolas. The shine from the gondolas' varnished hulls and satin seats is represented by the luxurious sheen of the bamboo in Galileo, which also gives the jacket's ruching the necessary drape. It is best worn over a sleeveless shell or a lightweight knit top. The pattern is worked on straight needles with set in sleeves and includes schematics for sizing and diagrams for the ruching along with written instructions. Sized for Misses Small-XL.
