Faolán, meaning Little Wolf, is a scaled down version of the Erssie Knits bulky hat Wolf River. Shown in Knit Picks Swish bulky, this gauge of yarn is widely available in other ranges too. The hat has a deep brim of mock cable with a slouchy body of Diagonal Seed Stitch texture, decreasing to a slightly gathered crown. Whilst the back is floppy and slouchy, the front can be made to cling firmly to the head.
