After a long, dreary winter that finallywarmed into spring, I drew knitting inspiration from the cherry blossoms that were peeking their way out into the spring air. The winding cables over fields of dropped stitches are meant to look like weaving cherry tree branches. If you've never worked with dropped stitches and cables, this will be a great project to start with.
