Blooming Convertible Mittens & Gloves

These convertible glittens (glove-mittens, if you will) incorporate a flower embellishment to be used as a button to hold down the finger cover. Deceptively easy, the flower petals are knit in one piece, and the mitten part of the pattern minimally uses mattress stitch and Kitchener stitch. If you’re missing the springtime during the winter, keep your fingers cozy inside these summery glittens!

This pattern is written for a women's small, but is easily customizable for larger sizes. The original in the photographs uses Palette Rose Hips for the pink flowers, but Wool of the Andes Sport will work as well.
