Antonio + Roberta Paperweights

Antonio the rabbit and his best frien dRoberta the kitty are helpful beanbag paperweights.
Use them to keep important notes fromblowing away in the breeze, or for holding thepages of your pattern book open when yourhands are busy with yarn and needles.
They are made in one piece, starting witha triangular garter stitch base worked flat.Stitches for the body are picked up along thebase?s edges, and the body is worked in theround. The face is embroidered and the pieceis stuffed while the work is still on the needles,and then the open top is knitted together andthe ears are worked. You don?t even have toweave in the ends, because you use them tomake the tails!

Suri Dream is worked at a muchfiner than recommended gauge, for soft, superfuzzy paperweights with tons of personality.

Antonio is 2.75" tall and Roberta is 3" tall. Both are 5" around at the base.
