Viviane - the Lady of the Lake.
According to legend Viviane was the spiritual leader of the women of Avalon. They kept simple lives including their style of garments.

This top is simple indeed, and with the sides & sleeves worked out from the center panel, reminds me very much of the type of tunic Viviane may have worn.
Finishing for Viviane is just seaming the sides/sleeves and adding the trim for the neckline, hem & cuff edges.
