Inspired by the vision of tone-on-tone greens along with contrasting textures and lines, the Vert & Horiz Pullover is a little reminiscent of strip-pieced quilting. This pullover is worked from the bottom up, in one piece. The body and sleeves are worked in the round to the yoke and joined, then the horizontal striped portion is worked back and forth, then joined to the body as it’s worked. The top of the yoke is picked up from the horizontal portion and worked to the neck. Not at all as complicated as it first sounds, this pullover is a great project that explores unique construction techniques.
Needles:
Size 8 (5.0mm) 24" & 16" circs (note: for larger sizes you may want a longer circ than 24")
