Directions for this project in Knitted Lace of Estonia. This shawl is knitted in a less expected way. Instead of being shaped by decreasing evenly from the top (cast-on) edge to the tip, the decreases are worked at each end of every right-side row for about half the length, then at each end of every row thereafter to create slightly angled sides. The original pattern was modified with additional garter edging along each side and a few more stitches added to the lace edge that is sewn onto the lower sides to give a more rounded shape to the three corners. Shown in 100% Merino wool lace weight Bare.
