Swedish sail hats got their names because the decreases at the top resemble a boat’s sail. This beautiful hat uses twined knitting techniques, and while it looks impressive, it is much easier to knit than one would expect! While the brim looks like there are specks of three different colors, you achieve this look by striping rows of twined stitches. The crown of the hat has attractive vertical stripes, and the shaping creates sails around the hat. Shown in Cork, Cream, and Fjord Heather Telemark.
