The cats on this stranded beanie were inspired by the pixelated characters in classic video games. To me, they look naive, sweet, and somewhat abstract. Knit in DK weight yarn of alpaca, silk and merino, everything about this hat is cozy and soft. While this is an easy pattern, the instructions assume experience with stranded knitting.

The yarn the cream portion was knit in is now discontinued. We recommend Capra in Cream as a substitute
Size 4 (3.5mm): 16" circular or DPNs: Options Harmony Wood Fixed Circular Knitting Needles
Size 6 (4mm): 16" circular or DPNs: 8" Harmony Wood Double Pointed Knitting Needles
