Directions for this project in Knitted Sock Sensations. These fabulous felted slippers are based on the Swedish blanket stitch and finished with embroidered snowflakes. Knit in a larger size and then felted to create a durable finished knit fabric, sturdy enough to be worn everyday. The sole, top and sides are all made separately by knitting straight on two needles, and the pieces are then stitched together. The stitches for the cuff are then picked up from the top and worked in the round.
